Support and Maintenance Programs

We offer two (2) options for Network and PC Technical Support/Maintenance:

Reactive (Incident-based) Support through a pre-paid 'block of time'. Clients can purchase as little as 20 hours to gain access to DATACORP's staff of senior network engineers with a 4-hour service response time in support of their existing network infrastructure. Clients get a discounted rate for pre-paying a block of time for support.

Proactive - Support whereby a client pays a flat monthly fee to have their network and computer systems maintained by DATACORP.
