Network Health Survey: This exercise helps determine if an existing network infrastructure meets the minimum standards, typically set forth by management, to ‘run' mission-critical business applications. Each network element (i.e., Server, Desktop, Security, Switches/Routers, Email/Messaging, Backup/Recovery), receives a grade on the general condition of the element.

A ‘Score Card' is prepared and reviewed with management. This report includes findings and recommendations to help improve cost-efficiencies, increase data availability, security, system performance and reliability. The report also helps management cost-justify an investment in an information-technology product and/or service.

Security Assessment, Policies and Procedures: This process begins with a proven methodology & best practices for assessing internal processes, mapping to business unit owners & implementing proper change control process, procedures and auditing.

Data Center ‘Managed Hosting/Co-Location’ Design, Selection, and Migration: This exercise begins with the understanding of the underlying business objectives and systems supporting the business applications. Our experienced consultants will help plan, design, and select a ‘hardened’ data center solution to safeguard mission-critical systems.

IP Telephony Readiness Assessment: This exercise involves the evaluation of a data network to help predict how well IPT/VoIP ("Voice Over IP") will work on a network prior to deployment. We simulate VoIP traffic and produce in-depth reports, including an executive summary "go/no go" report and reports to help pinpoint where network improvements are required to attain an acceptable Quality of Service (QoS).
